Also known as “Ayam Satay”, Alis Ayam Keping is a boneless chicken favourite made especially for street stalls, night markets, food trucks, and cafés — a tasty snack that’s quick and easy to prepare. Made from premium boneless chicken breast, each piece is marinated with our signature preservative-free recipe to ensure every bite is rich with flavour.

Coated in our house-made Alis Premium Fried Chicken Powder, the chicken is deep-fried to golden brown perfection — creating a crispy outer layer while keeping the inside tender and juicy. Just before serving, it’s sprinkled with Alis Premium Seasoning Powder for added aroma. Cooking & Serving Tips for the Perfect Ayam Keping

Defrost for at least 4 hours at room temperature. Avoid rinsing with or soaking in water, as this may affect the texture while causing the food to spoil or become stale.

Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with Alis Premium Fried Chicken Powder to create a crispy, golden, and flavourful outer layer.

Pre-heat cooking oil to approximately 180 °C. Use enough oil to ensure the chicken is fully submerged during frying.

Fry for about 3 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally (e.g. every 30s) to ensure even cooking and a crispy exterior.

Sprinkle Alis Premium Seasoning Powder on the surface while hot. Cut into bite-sized pieces, then serve immediately.
